Healthy and content employees are a necessity for the productivity of all companies and with work-related stress levels soaring and loneliness through working at home at an all time, high stress management and inner well being is essential.

However, statistics show us that each week:

One million workers take time off because of sickness and most return to work within days; but around 17,000 people reach their sixth week of statutory sick pay; and at this point, almost one in five people will stay off sick and eventually leave work.

Energy healing is a fantastic way of helping employee’s manage this stress and in boosting their wellbeing and general health.

Regular treatments are relaxing and can lead to increased productivity, improved employee engagement and reduced stress in the workplace.

Reiki is used within the NHS to relieve stress, to reduce discomfort and to facilitate the body’s own healing abilities. There is a growing body of research that supports the benefits of Energy healing modalities.

 
Supporting employees through COVID-19

In the work place

As an employer you can book energy therapy days or half days at your business premises. All that is required is a quiet room, a couple of chairs or enough space to put up a treatment couch. In this space mobile phones and emails will not be answered. Treatments are carried out with the client fully clothed and either seated or lying down on the couch. They can choose either hands off or on for the treatment.

Session length

Each session lasts from 20 minutes up to 60 minutes. This will be arranged with the package you choose to offer your employees.

A 20 minute treatment is enough for your employees to recharge their batteries and return to their work feeling relaxed yet re-energised.

The 60 minute treatment is a complete relaxation experience.
